TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There is no refund for cancellation however seats are transferable. ChartNexus Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute the speakers, venue and date of event. Only seats that have been successfully paid for are confirmed. An e-receipt will be emailed upon payment received.

No part of the event may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, mechanical or electronic, including photocopying and recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without written permission from ChartNexus Pte Ltd.

Your registration / attendance at this event or reading of this hereby constitutes your implied consent and approval of these Terms and Conditions. The event may be recorded by ChartNexus Pte Ltd. You give explicit approval to ChartNexus Pte Ltd to use the recording which may contain your likeness, voice and materials in any way the company deems fit. You grant ChartNexus Pte Ltd all the rights in the resulting product.
