Reporting Error

1. How do I report possible error or bug discovered ?
   If you do not know the error but you suspect there might be one, then please follow the procedures :
   • Click on the Help menu
   • Click on View Log menu item. See Figure 
   • Click on Send Log. See Figure 

   If you just want to report an error/bug, please follow this instead:

   • Click on the Help menu
   • Click on the Report Program Bug(s) menu item (see Figure ), which will bring you to our website with a web form
