Parameters available:
Period - period of Williams %R
MA Period - the number of periods used for the period of the moving average of Williams %R
Exponential - Select yes to use exponential moving average otherwise use simple moving average
Black Window - the duration where the Wm%R line and Wm%R MA line may cross many times without affecting the triggering of the stock
t1 - the number of periods that the Wm%R line and Wm%R MA line must not cross before the Black Window
t2 - the number of periods that the Wm%R line and Wm%R MA line must not cross after the Black Window
